The Individual Coaching Program is a whole-person, root-cause–focused approach to wellness that explores how physical health, mental and emotional well-being, lifestyle patterns, spiritual practices, and internal stressors work together to influence overall health.

Rather than focusing only on symptom management, this program helps uncover underlying contributors to imbalance and supports sustainable restoration through personalized coaching, education, and lifestyle-based strategies.

This program includes a 1.5-hour comprehensive consultation to assess your health history, goals, and root contributors to imbalance, followed by weekly 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions for 12 weeks.
